I want to start by saying that i NEVER give a five star rating to any business, be they restaurant, hotel or in this case a builder........ until, as you can clearly see now. When building a home there are inevitable, and indeed certain accepted stresses...... design choices (both the actual building & fitout and colour choices), planning permission & finance just to name a few and believe me when i say..... we've felt our share of them. Despite that, Evermore finished the build within the expected timeframe and cost. While many people around us were dealing with delays, variations, and price increases from their builders, we had none of that. The process was smooth and transparent, which gave us a lot of confidence in them. Because of that experience, we decided to build our second and third properties with Evermore as well.
